Organic search went from 43 to 32 new callers over the last two weeks.
All 11 of last week's Google Ads callers have been rated: 1 at 4-5★, 9 at 2-3★ and 1 at 1★. Turning more of those middle ratings into strong leads is the next thing to work on.

New callers and repeat calls

New callers counts each person once a week, matched by phone number: everyone calling for the first time, plus anyone whose repeat call was rated 4-5★. Repeat calls are all other calls, so new callers plus repeat calls equals total calls. Three withheld numbers on Sep 23 count separately; all three were 1★.

Ratings

Star ratings are entered by admissions. A caller's rating is the best one among their counted calls. Shares use rated new callers only, and ratings can change if a call is re-scored.
